New York, April 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.75 million of 0% autocallable buffered return enhanced notes due March 26, 2026 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be called automatically on April 4, 2025 at a premium of 10% if the index closes at or above its initial value.
If the index gains, the payout will be par plus 217% of the index return.
Investors will receive par if the index declines by no more than 15% and will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
