New Issue: RBC sells $30.39 million partial principal at risk notes on Euro Stoxx

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 8 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $30,390,770 of 0% equity-linked partial principal at risk securities due Feb. 3, 2021 linked to the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 118% of any index gain.
If the index declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $9 per security.
RBC Capital Markets, LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
