New Issue: RBC prices $0.017 million 18.25% reverse convertibles linked to Lowe's
New York, April 15 - Royal Bank of Canada priced $0.017 million of 18.25% reverse convertible notes due July 17, 2009 linked to Lowe's Cos., Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Lowe's shares fall below the protection price of $14.87, 75% of the initial price of $19.83, during the life of the notes and finish below the initial price in which case the payout will be Lowe's shares equal to $1,000 principal amount divided by the initial price.
