Romania markets two-part euro-denominated offering of notes

Chicago, Nov. 24 – Romania, acting through the Ministry of Public Finance, plans to price two tranches of euro-denominated notes, according to a regulatory notice on Tuesday.

ING Groep is the stabilizing manager for the offer, which is expected to consist of a nine-year tranche and a 20-year tranche.
