Rolta India mandates four banks for roadshow

Atlanta, May 1 - Rolta India Ltd. has mandated Barclays, Citigroup, DBS and Deutsche Bank for a roadshow starting Thursday, a market source said.

A Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of dollar-denominated notes (/BB-/) is expected to follow.

Rolta India is a technology services company based in Mumbai.
