Rogers Communications to redeem all $1.4 billion 6.8% senior notes

Olympia, Wash., March 15 – Rogers Communications Inc. plans to fully redeem all $1.4 billion of its 6.8% senior notes due 2018.

The notes will be redeemed on April 13 at a redemption price calculated in accordance with the applicable indenture, according to a press release.

Rogers Communications is a Toronto-based communications and media company.
