China’s Road King to offer dollar-denominated senior perpetuals

Morgantown, W.Va., June 19 – Road King Infrastructure Ltd. is proposing to issue dollar-denominated senior guaranteed perpetual capital securities.

HSBC and JPMorgan are the joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the planned issuance.

The securities will be issued through wholly owned subsidiary RKP Overseas Finance 2017 (A) Ltd.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Road King is a Hong Kong-based toll road and property company.
