Fitch rates Rizal Commercial notes BB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a final rating of BB- to the Rizal Commercial Banking Corp.'s $250 million 6 ¼% senior notes due 2015.

This follows the completion of the senior notes issuance and the receipt of documents conforming to information already received.
