Riviera unsecured creditors committee appointed by U.S. Trustee

Pittsburgh, Aug. 25 - Riviera Holdings Corp.'s official committee of unsecured creditors has been appointed by assistant U.S. Trustee August B. Landis, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.

The committee members are Darrell Horton of Shuffle Master, Inc. of Las Vegas; Gent Culver of International Game Technology of Reno, Nev.; and Debra H. Slack of Lucky Limousine/ Lucky Transportation of Las Vegas.

Riviera owns and operates the Riviera Hotel and Casino on the Las Vegas Strip and the Riviera Black Hawk Casino in Black Hawk, Colo. The company filed for bankruptcy on July 12. The Chapter 11 case number is 10-22910.
