New Issue: Reinsurance Group of America sells $650 million 5.75% notes due 2034

Chicago, May 8 – Reinsurance Group of America, Inc. priced $650 million of 5.75% notes due 2034 (Baa1/A) on Wednesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes priced at 99.287 to yield 5.844%, or at Treasuries plus 135 basis points.

The notes may be redeemed early with a Treasuries plus 25 bps make-whole premium until the three-month par call period.

BofA Securities, Inc., U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC were the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Reinsurance Group is a Chesterfield, Mo.-based reinsurance company.
