S&P rates RCS Investment program zaAAA

S&P said it assigned its zaAAA long-term and zaA-1 short-term South Africa national scale ratings to the ZAR 10 billion domestic note program of RCS Investment Holdings Ltd. (unrated), which is ultimately guaranteed by BNP Paribas.

The ratings on the program and senior notes issued under the program are entirely supported by S&P’s global scale ratings on BNP Paribas, in line with its guarantee criteria, the agency said.
