Indonesia’s Pan Brothers hosts third noteholders’ meeting

Chicago, Sept. 10 – PT Pan Brothers Tbk. invited bondholders to a third noteholders meeting as it continues to work out a restructuring plan, according to an announcement.

The company wishes to update noteholders about progress on a potential restructuring plan as it relates to holders of PB International BV’s $200 million 7 5/8% senior notes due 2022 (ISIN: XS1555631925).

The third meeting will be held at 2:30 a.m. ET on Sept. 16.

Noteholders should register by 5 a.m. ET on Sept. 14 by contacting panbrothers@ajcapital.co.id.

The meeting will be held on Zoom.

There will be a question-and-answer session at the end of the meeting.
