S&P cuts Pyxus International

S&P said it downgraded Pyxus International Inc. and its issue-level ratings to D from CCC-. The recovery ratings remain unchanged.

The downgrade follows Pyxus’ announcement that it filed a prepackaged bankruptcy reorganization plan under Chapter 11.
