S&P revises pH Beauty view to stable

S&P said it revised the outlook for pH Beauty Holdings I Inc. to stable from positive.

“The stable outlook reflects our belief that the company will maintain interest coverage in the mid- to high-1x area and positive free cash flow through good cost control in the face of potential continued sales declines,” said S&P in a press release.

S&P affirmed all the company’s rating.
