Planet Alpha plans to price $50 million of series A preferred stock

Chicago, Nov. 20 – Planet Alpha Corp. registered to sell up to $50 million of series A preferred stock in a 253G2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company aims to sell about 5 million preferreds at a price of $10.00 each on a best-efforts basis.
Proceeds will be used for efforts related to project initiation and operations, exploration of new market opportunities and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
Planet Alpha is a for-profit carbon products company based in Cambridge, Mass., with a mission to reduce emissions of CO2 and greenhouse gases.
