Permanent Master Issuer redeems asset-backed floaters due July 2042

Norfolk, Va., Jan. 15 – Permanent Master Issuer plc said it redeemed two series of its asset-backed floating-rate notes due July 2042, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The issuer redeemed the outstanding balance under its £1.25 billion series 1 class 1A notes and its £500 million series 1 class 1M notes on the step-up date of Jan. 15.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Permanent Master Issuer is a London-based special purpose vehicle for issuing asset backed securities.
