New Issue: JPMorgan sells $500,000 of 10% yield notes linked to three stocks

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 10% yield notes due Sept. 24, 2020 linked to Costco Wholesale Corp., Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable monthly.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the final share price of each stock is less than the strike level and any stock closes below the 80% trigger price during the life of the notes, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least performing stock.
