S&P may cut Primus Telecom

Standard & Poor's said it placed Primus Telecommunications Group Inc.'s B- corporate credit rating on CreditWatch with negative implications.

The action follows disclosures by the company that its board of directors terminated the employment of both the company's former president and chief executive officer and its former chief financial officer, S&P said. The board has filled both positions with acting appointees.
