By Marisa Wong

Madison, Wis., March 22 - PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. will redeem on April 23 all of the outstanding $15 million of MMCapS capital securities issued by subsidiary Yardville Capital Trust VI, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The redemption price will be $1,000 per capital security plus any accrued distributions to the redemption date.

The filing noted that the redemption is consistent with the capital plan PNC submitted to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve for 2013.
