Penson Worldwide three-member creditors committee appointed by trustee

Wilmington, Del., Jan. 24 - Penson Worldwide, Inc.'s three-member official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by the U.S. Trustee, according to documents filed Thursday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

Roberta A. Deangelis, U.S. Trustee for Region 3, appointed:

• Mark Peckman, of New York, N.Y., representing Schonfeld Group Holdings LLC;

• Michael Walsh, of Wayne, Penn., representing SunGard Financial Systems LLC; and

• James Lewis, of New York, N.Y., representing Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as indenture trustee.

Dallas-based Penson Worldwide provides securities execution, clearing, custody, settlement and technology infrastructure products and services to financial services firms. Its Chapter 11 case number is 13-10061.
