Pegasus Media & Communications amends loan to allow parent more term loans

New York, Feb. 17 - Pegasus Media & Communications Inc. amended its credit facility, allowing the parent company, Pegasus Satellite & Communications Inc., to obtain additional senior secured term loans, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Bank of America is the administrative agent on the facility.

Pegasus is a Bala Cynwyd, Pa., provider of digital satellite television.
