Payless ShoeSource cash collateral use hearing adjourned to March 28

Pittsburgh, March 6 – Payless ShoeSource’s cash collateral use approval hearing has been adjourned to March 28 from March 14, according to a notice filed Wednesday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

The deadline to respond to the motion is 5 p.m. ET on March 21.

The notice did not give a reason for the adjournment.

Payless is a Topeka, Kan.-based specialty family footwear retailer. The company filed bankruptcy on Feb. 18 under Chapter 11 case number 19-40883.
