Pacific Sunwear seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, April 19 – Pacific Sunwear of California, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Tuesday by acting Region 3 U.S. trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The committee members are class action plaintiff Charles Pfeiffer, represented by Melissa Grant of Capstone Law APC of Los Angeles; Kim Stewart of Nike USA, Inc. of Beaverton, Ore.; Ronald M. Tucker of Simon Property Group, Inc. of Indianapolis; David Ridge of Hurley International LLC of Costa Mesa, Calif.; Sedunotex Co., Ltd. of Costa Mesa, Calif.; Julie Minnick Bowden of GGP LP of Chicago; and Stephen E. Ifeduba of WP Glimcher Inc. of Columbus, Ohio.
Anaheim, Calif.-based Pacific Sunwear is a specialty retailer of action-sport-inspired casual apparel, accessories and footwear for teens and young adults. The company filed bankruptcy on April 7 under Chapter 11 case number 16-10882.
