Ocean Trails CLO V to redeem all classes of senior notes on Oct. 26

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 17 – Ocean Trails CLO V/Ocean Trails CLO V LLC will redeem all classes of its senior notes via refinancing on Oct. 26, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest:

• $184.5 million of class A-1R notes for a redemption price of $184,706,124.48;

• $50 million of class A-2R notes for a redemption price of $50,055,860.29;

• $10 million of class A-3R notes for a redemption price of $10,011,338.89;

• $57.75 million of class B-R notes for a redemption price of $57,822,106.35;

• $18 million of class C-1R notes for a redemption price of $18,027,149.71;

• $7 million of class C-2R notes for a redemption price of $7,011,880.56;

• $21.25 million of class D-R notes for a redemption price of $21,289,194.10; and

• $17.25 million of class E notes for a redemption price of $17,291.040.34.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
