Oshkosh to start roadshow Tuesday for $500 million offering of notes

St. Louis, Feb. 22 - Oshkosh Corp. will begin a roadshow on Tuesday for its $500 million offering of senior notes, according to an informed source.
The deal is comprised of tranches of seven-year notes, which come with three years of call protection, and 10-year notes, which come with five years of call protection.
The roadshow wraps up on Friday, and the notes are expected to price thereafter.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities are the senior co-managers. ABN Amro, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Calyon Securities, PNC and TD Securities are the co-managers.
Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.
The issuer is an Oshkosh, Wis.-based special access equipment-maker.
