New Issue: Oklahoma Housing Finance sells $63.5 million mortgage revenue bonds

New York, Nov. 7 - The Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency priced $63.5 million of series 2012A single-family mortgage revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds were sold through Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
The bonds are due 2013 to 2023 with term bonds due in 2027, 2031 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 0.30% to 5%. The 2027 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 117.796 and the 2031 bonds have a 3.30% coupon priced at par. The 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 127.807.
Proceeds will be used to fund mortgage loans.
