OZLM XI, Ltd./OZLM XI, LLC sold $302 million of class A-1 floating-rate notes at Libor plus 155 basis points; $15 million of 3.28% class A-2 fixed-rate notes; $33 million of class A-2a floating-rate notes at Libor plus 225 bps; $30 million of 4.17% class A-2b fixed-rate notes; $23.5 million of class B floating-rate notes at Libor plus 300 bps; $16 million of class C-1 floating-rate notes at Libor plus 405 bps; $15.5 million of 3.75% class C-2 fixed-rate notes; $25 million of class D floating-rate notes at Libor plus 540 bps; $10 million of class E floating-rate notes at Libor plus 615 bps and $40.5 million of subordinated notes.

The deal was downsized from an initial estimated amount of $512 million.
