Bankruptcy court OKs name change for Northstar Aerospace, affiliates

Pittsburgh, Sept. 10 - Northstar Aerospace, Inc. received court approval to change the name of the company to NSA (USA) Liquidating Corp., according to a Monday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
The names of three Northstar affiliates were also changed, including Northstar Aerospace (Chicago) Inc. being changed to NSA (CHI) Liquidating Corp., D-Velco Manufacturing of Arizona, Inc. to DVMA Liquidating Corp. and Derlan USA, Inc. to DUSA Liquidating Corp.
Northstar, a Chicago-based maker of flight-critical gears and transmissions, filed for bankruptcy on June 14. Its Chapter 11 case number is 12-11817.
