North American Energy Alliance to repay unsecured term loan via notes

New York, Sept. 16 - North American Energy Alliance LLC plans to refinance its unsecured term loan using proceeds from a $205 million secured notes offering, according to a market source.

North American Energy Alliance is a company that purchased generation projects from Consolidated Edison Inc.
