Fitch revises views on three banks

Fitch Ratings said it revised the outlooks for New York Community Bancorp, Inc., Signature Bank and Dime Community Bancshares Inc. to negative from stable reflecting the challenges created by the pandemic.

Fitch said it revised the outlook for all U.S. banks to negative from stable on March 18.

Fitch affirmed the banks’ long-term issuer default ratings.
