National Bank of Greece skips dividend on three series of preferreds

Chicago, Oct. 21 – National Bank of Greece SA said that National Bank of Greece Funding Ltd. will forgo dividends payable for three series of its preference securities in November.

The three series of preferreds are as follows, according to a notice:

• £375 million series E fixed-to-floating non-cumulative guaranteed non-voting preference securities;

• $180 million series C CMS-Linked non-cumulative guaranteed preference securities; and

• €350 million series B CMS-linked non-cumulative guaranteed preference securities.

The dividend is payable on Nov. 9 for the fixed-to-floaters and on Nov. 3 for the other two series.

National Bank of Greece is an Athens-based bank.
