New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $1.1 million buffered PLUS on Nasdaq-100, Russell

Minneapolis, March 29 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.1 million of 0% buffered Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Feb. 29, 2024 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus 1.29 times the gain of the lesser-performing index.

If either index falls but neither falls by more than 25%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to any decline in the lesser-performing index beyond 25%.
