Fitch affirms Nalco

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Nalco Co. ratings as follows: issuer default rating at B, senior secured credit facility at BB/RR1, senior unsecured debt at B+/RR3 and senior subordinated notes at B-/RR5.

At the same time, Fitch said it has affirmed Nalco Finance Holdings LLC 's senior discount notes at CCC+/RR6.

The outlook remains stable.

The agency said the stable outlook reflects the improvement in Nalco's businesses and the strengthening of the economies around the world.

Fitch added it remains moderately concerned about increasing energy costs and the overall effect of high raw material prices on demand.
