S&P affirms Lupatech, withdraws rating

S&P said it affirmed its CCC- global scale and brCCC- national scale corporate credit ratings on Lupatech SA. Subsequently, S&P said it withdrew the ratings at the company's request.

The outlook was stable at the time of the withdrawal.

At the time of withdrawal, ratings reflected the company's fragile liquidity and heavy dependence on asset sales in order to maintain its short-term financial commitments, S&P said in a news release.
