Moody's assigns Lockheed Martin notes A3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned A3 ratings to Lockheed Martin Corp.'s planned senior unsecured notes in up to five maturities.

The issuance does not affect Lockheed Martin’s A3 senior unsecured rating, the agency said.

The company will use the proceeds to repurchase common shares.

The outlook is stable.
