By Sheri Kasprzak

New York, Oct. 7 - Lifestream Technologies, Inc. failed to make another $100,000 payment on $2,869,740 in outstanding promissory notes held by RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Ltd.

RAB has agreed to waive the default on the notes and has deferred the $100,000 payment to Feb. 1, 2006.

The investor has previously deferred payments that had been due on May 1, June 1, July 1, Aug. 1 and Sept. 1. Those payments are also now due on Feb. 1, the maturity date of the notes.

Based in Post Falls, Idaho, Lifestream manufactures cholesterol-testing devices.
