New Issue: Lehman prices $35.63 million 40.038% Yeelds linked to Under Armour

Philadelphia, Jan. 24 - Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. priced $35,630,587.30 of 40.038% annualized Yield Enhanced Equity Linked Debt Securities (Yeelds) due April 30, 2009 linked to the common stock of Under Armour, Inc., according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

Par equals $34.867, which is the average execution price per share that a Lehman affiliate paid to hedge the securities.

The payout at maturity will be the volume-weighted average price of the stock over the five trading days ending on April 23, 2008. The payout will be capped at $38.3537 per note, 110% of the initial price, and is payable in stock or cash, at the holder's option.

Lehman Brothers Inc. is the underwriter.
