New York, May 27 – Kojamo plc has priced €500 million seven-year senior notes (ISIN: XS2179959817) with a 1 7/8% coupon, according to company notices.
The series one notes were issued under Kojamo’s €2.5 billion medium-term note program originating March 20, 2020, and are being listed on the official list of the Euronext Dublin exchange.
Danske Bank A/S, Deutsche Bank AG, Nordea Bank Abp and OP Corporate Bank plc acted as joint bookrunners of the Regulation S deal.
The proceeds of the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes.
The company develops, rents and manages rental housing in Finland.
