Moody’s gives Korea Investment notes Baa2

Moody’s Investors Service said it gave a Baa2 rating to Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd.'s planned senior unsecured notes. The notes will be a drawdown under Korea Investment’s $5 billion medium-term note program.

The rating is in line with Korea Investment’s issuer and MTN program ratings, Moody’s said.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The outlook is stable.
