New Issue: China’s Jiayuan sells $30 million more 13¾% notes due 2023

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 21 – Jiayuan International Group Ltd. sold $30 million more 13¾% senior notes due 2023, according to a notice.

The new notes will be consolidated to form a single series with the original $225 million of 13¾% notes that priced in October and the $37.5 million add-on that priced in December. Listing of the Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to take effect Wednesday.

Jiayuan International is a property developer based in Hong Kong.
