New Issue: China’s Jiayuan sells $130 million 11% senior notes due 2024

Buffalo, N.Y., May 17 – Jiayuan International Group Ltd. sold $130 million of 11% senior notes due 2024 (B3), according to a notice.

Listing of the Regulation S notes on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. is expected to take effect Tuesday, May 18.

Proceeds, according to Moody’s Investors Service, will be used to refinance debt.

Jiayuan International is a property developer based in Hong Kong.
