S&P affirms Jane Street

S&P said it affirmed the BB- issuer credit and senior secured debt ratings for Jane Street Group LLC.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said Jane Street’s capitalization, performance and liquidity are in line with its expectations.

“The stable outlook reflects our expectation for solid, albeit potentially volatile, profitability, with no large losses as Jane Street continues to expand its trading business,” S&P said in a news release.
