S&P applies BBB+ to Johnson Controls notes

S&P said it assigned its BBB+ issue-level rating to Johnson Controls International plc's proposed euro-denominated senior unsecured notes due 2023.

The company expects to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.

All of Johnson Controls’ other ratings are unchanged.
