Columbus, Ohio, July 3 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $12.04 million trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due July 1, 2021 linked to the common stock of Apple Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
