New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.26 million capped buffered notes on real estate ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., May 8 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.26 million of capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 30, 2019 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return of 15%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 26.5% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 26.5%.

The agent is J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.
