JPMorgan plans capped buffered notes linked to iShares U.S. Real Estate

Chicago, April 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% capped buffered return enhanced notes due April 30, 2019 linked to the iShares U.S. Real Estate exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times any fund gain, up to a maximum return 15%.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 26.5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the buffer.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on April 25 and settle on April 28.

The Cusip number is 46646QQK4.
