New Issue: JPMorgan prices $2.5 million digital dual directional notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000
New York, March 16 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.5 million of 0% digital dual directional buffered notes due March 25, 2020 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
For each index, the final index level will be the average of its closing levels on the trading days from Dec. 20, 2019 through March 20, 2020.
If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its initial level or is less than its initial level by up to 20%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 16.75%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 20%.
