New Issue: JPMorgan sells $2.5 million 8% callable yield notes linked to Microsoft

Chicago, Oct. 4 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.5 million of 8% callable yield notes due Oct. 5, 2018 linked to Microsoft Corp. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be callable at par on any interest payment date other than the final date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its % trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
