Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 18 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $4.7 million of 0% bearish enhanced absolute return market-linked notes with daily barrier observation due April 17, 2025 based on the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
A barrier event will occur if the index closes above the upper barrier, 119.22% of the initial level, or below the lower barrier, 80.78% of the initial level, during the life of the notes.
If a barrier event occurs, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1%.
If no barrier event occurs, investors will receive par plus the absolute value of the index return, subject to a minimum return of par plus 1%.
