Chicago, Dec. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC $240,000 of 0% capped dual directional accelerated barrier notes due May 5, 2025 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of the gain, capped at 38%.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the fund return if the fund declines but finishes at or above the 75% barrier.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the fund declines if it ends below the barrier.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
